The Rendon Group partnered with Polycom and the Democratic National Convention Committee to produce a one-of-a-kind technology project during the 2004 Democratic National Convention.

All 56 convention delegations were connected live each morning through a video-conferencing network that linked more than 6,000 delegates located in 23 hotels throughout the city. The real time two-way network featured speakers including former Vice President Al Gore, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, and DNCC Chairman and New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, who spoke to delegates during their daily breakfast caucus meetings.

The Rendon Group was responsible for all even logistics including audio-video coordination and implementation, volunteer organization, hotel interfacing, press relations and videography.
