A comprehensive list of operating centers is created for each client; and each operating center is staffed to manage
every detail of the production. We coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, program content, invitations, credentials, registration, program participant coordination, catering, audio/visual requirements, staging, permitting, entertainment, give-aways, and press outreach.
